The Vacuum Erection Device uses vacuum therapy, a method that is easy to learn and easy to use. After just a few practice sessions, most first-time users feel comfortable using the Device. Should you need a little more time to get comfortable with the device please remember that there is no time pressure.

• The Device includes a ring-mounting cone. Place the cone onto the tube, pull the ring onto the tube using the mounting cone. Once the ring is in place on the tube you can remove the cone.

• Remember to use lubricant. Place some lubricant along the rim to help with suction and along the penis so that the skin does not pull along the side of the tube.

• It might feel strange at first and you mind might wonder whether this is how it should feel. This is totally normal.

• Try think of something sexual, this will assist with gaining an erection.

• Pump the air out of the tube.

• Once you have achieved an erection use the side rings to pull the ring down onto the base of the penis.

• It may be uncomfortable at first however if you experience pain, you may choose to try again another day.

• We generally don’t advice using the Devise for much longer than 30 minutes.

• We suggest that you stretch the ring prior to removing it to allow for some of the blood to flow back.
